We kindly ask you to consider the following instructions:
Instruction for IWSDA09 presenters:
- The session room will be equipped with a LCD projector (for use with a laptop computer e.g. MS-PowerPoint presentation) and an
IBM compatible laptop. We will supply the computer pre-installed with Windows XP Professional SP3 Japanese version and MS PowerPoint Viewer 2007 English version and Adobe Reader 9.1English version.
- Of course, you can use your own laptop with Mini D-sub 15pin. We kindly ask you to test the correct functioning of your presentation and laptop before session start to avoid cable switching delays.
- If you cannot bring your laptop with you, your presentation must be given
to the Technician in the session room on CD-ROM or USB storage device in MS-PowerPoint or Adobe PDF format. Please verify before the session starts that your presentation is running
well.
- The session room will not be equipped with an overhead projector and FDD Drive.
If you require it, please contact iwsda09-office@tokyo-ct.net before Oct. 13.
- A presenter has 20 minutes (Presentation time is 15 minutes, and discussion 5 minutes. ).
