You can select either credit card payment or bank transfer. If you are
a participant from foreign countries, we recommend the credit card payment.
On the other hand, if you are a participant from Japan, we recommend the bank transfer.

It is necessary to complete the registration and payment by
September 14, 2009 to receive the application of the discount rates.
At least one of the authors must pay the registration fee by
September 14, 2009 for your paper(s) to be included in the proceedings.
