Registration Procedures

- Complete the form.
- Send an email message with the form as an attached file to the following address.

Write the word "IWSDA05Registration" in the subject line of the email
message.
- Transfer the total cost to the bank account of IWSDA05.

receiving your registration form, we will send an email message
within one week. If you donft receive our
message within one week, please send an email message to the above
address.

Dead Lines
It is necessary to complete the registration and payment by
September 1, 2005 to receive the application of the discount rates.
At least one of the authors must pay the registration fee by
September 1, 2005 for your paper(s) to be included in the proceedings.
