[3] IEEExplore-compliant PDF Files

Final manuscripts must be prepared in compliance with the IEEE format. If not, the manuscript will not be included in the proceedings and IEEE Xplore. Before submitting a final manuscript, authors should check whether the manuscript is Xplore-compliant using IEEE PDF eXpress Plus. IEEE PDF eXpress Plus is a free service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to check if the authors have made IEEE Xplore compliant PDF manuscripts (PDF Check function) or to make IEEE xplore-compliant PDF files (Conversion function).

To create an IEEE PDF eXpress Plus account, see an instruction document. IEEE PDF eXpress Plus provides a web page to describe the detailed instructions.

Also, please be advised of the following:
  1. The conference ID of IWSDA'17 is "41376XP".
  2. IEEE PDF eXpress Plus can check a PDF file or convert a Microsoft Word file or a LaTeX file to PDF. When a LaTeX file is converted to a PDF, a DVI file (and image/EPS files if used) must be included in the archive (zip) file.
  3. After checking or converting your file, you can download the IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF from IEEE PDF eXpress Plus by clicking the title of the manuscript. Then, you should submit the IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF manuscript by clicking "Approve for Collection".
  4. Even if you clicked "Approve for Collection" to submit the paper, please download the generated IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF manuscript file and send it by an e-mail to

    iwsda17 (at) macross.cse.kyutech.ac.jp

    before August 4, 2017.

[4] Copyright Transfer

Before submitting your final manuscript, the authors must trasfer the copyright of your paper to IEEE. IEEE copyright form can be downloaded from the following.

If you fill all the information and signed in the IEEE copyright form, please scan and send it by an e-mail to
